I’m an accordionist and performer based in Oslo.
With my music I want to provide an alternative to the (literal and metaphorical) noise that is constantly surrounding us. Not only as a refuge but also as an opportunity for activism.
I work mainly with contemporary music on the border of interdisciplinary music and performance art but also have a passion for improvised and early music.
I organise and curate listening:resonating, a concert series which focuses on new music, new concert concepts and the act of listening as an essential part of experiencing music and has premiered a number of works. In this way, I also hope to facilitate access to new music.
I participated in the Ultima Festival 2023 with the world premiere of a work by Ferdinand Schwarz and have performed in Europa and the US. I’m a member of the chamber ensemble AREPO who is currently involved in a commissioning project with Ashkan Behzadi and Reiko Füting that will be premiered in April 2026 in New York.
